We are looking for a committed and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join the team at Solomon Pacific Fisheries Inc. based in Manila City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean, organized and well-stocked retail environment
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Supporting the overall operations of the retail store as required

What we're looking for

  • At least High school graduate
  • Knowledgable on how to use a computer
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and inventory management
  • Willing to work on saturdays and public holidays
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail technology would be an advantage
