What You'll Do

As a Sr. Account Officer, you will play a key role in growing and managing our Group Life portfolio by strengthening client partnerships and delivering innovative employee benefit solutions.

You will:

  • Manage and expand assigned corporate accounts by providing excellent service and tailored solutions.
  • Acquire new corporate clients through consultative selling and strong relationship management.
  • Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure seamless servicing.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to highlight Insular Life's group insurance offerings.
  • Track account performance and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in the life insurance industry is required — specifically in Group Life Sales or Corporate Employee Benefits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a track record of building lasting business relationships.
  • Highly driven and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
