About the role

OMNIS PROSPERITY GROUP' is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic accounting environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, and other accounting records
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other general administrative tasks to support the accounting department
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and develop their accounting skills
