About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 4–5 years of professional experience who thrives at the intersection of analytics, data science, and business strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of turning complex data into business impact—someone who not only runs the numbers, but also tells the story, influences decision-making, and builds scalable data solutions.

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in SQL, Python/R, ETL/ELT processes, statistical modeling, and visualization tools to deliver actionable insights and predictive models. You'll collaborate closely with business and technical teams, bringing clarity to complex problems through data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R.
  • Design and develop machine learning pipelines to predict future trends and translate data findings into actionable recommendations for business teams.
  • Conduct statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data flow.
  • Create interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align analysis with business objectives.
  • Present technical findings in a clear, concise, and engaging way for executives and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of industry experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.

Technical Skills:

  • SQL proficiency (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions).
  • R or Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) for data analysis and model training.
  • ETL/ELT experience for building and maintaining data pipelines.
  • Statistical skills – descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression.
  • ML knowledge – regression, decision trees, random forests, clustering.
  • Data visualization – Tableau or Power BI expertise.
  • Version control – Git/GitHub for collaborative projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to connect data findings to real business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
