We're looking for a skilled IT Administrator to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in keeping our work efficient, and scalable—while supporting our developers to deliver exceptional software.
This position follows the US time zone.

Day in the Life

IT and Security System Administration
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systemsMonitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and ensure quick resolutionsAdminister and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other end-user systemsPerform routine maintenance, including system updates, backups, and disaster recovery proceduresMaintain and update documentation for IT infrastructure, configurations, and proceduresProvide technical support across the organization, addressing IT-related inquiries and issuesTrain employees on IT systems, applications, and security best practicesDeliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolutionWho You Are
2+ years of experience as an IT SpecialistStrong understanding of requirement management and roadmap development with product managersCollaborative mindset with a track record of effective cross-functional teamworkExperience working with globally distributed teamsQuick learner with curiosity for new technologies and systems.Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptableComfortable communicating with team members across different regions, like China, Singapore, Canada and North America
