Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain server virtualization platforms such as VMware and Nutanix.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Server and Linux (Red Hat) systems.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the IT team on infrastructure-related issues.
  • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
  • Manage patching, updates, and system health across virtualized and physical environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and IT projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network engineering.
  • Proven experience with Nutanix and VMware environments.
  • Strong background in Windows Server and Linux (Red Hat) management.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
  • Experience in server monitoring tools and incident troubleshooting.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Nutanix Certified Professional, VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSA, Red Hat Certified Engineer) are a plus.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Fixed term
