We're looking for a talented Senior IT Helpdesk Technician to join our dynamic and growing IT Infrastructure team. If you're passionate about technology, client support, and continuous learning, we'd love to meet you


Role Overview

The Senior IT Helpdesk Technician will play a critical role in supporting our clients' IT environments. You'll resolve technical issues, maintain high service standards, and document your work using our ticketing system. This is a remote, full-time position with shift flexibility required between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM PST, including weekends.


Qualifications & Experience

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience and with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required:

  • Windows Desktop Support: Minimum 5 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ticketing system experience
  • Ability to document work and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred (a plus, but not required):

  • Mac OS/iOS support
  • Microsoft Office 365 support
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS experience
  • Citrix support experience
  • Backup systems (e.g., Veeam, Datto, etc.)
  • Cisco Meraki knowledge
  • Microsoft Windows Server administration
