Job Description:

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and support a network of distributors to achieve sales and distribution targets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, assessing distributor sales volume, stock levels, ROI, and credit limits
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all assigned NCR territories
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor distributor activities, customer satisfaction, and market conditions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and provide ongoing support, coaching, and mentoring
  • Train and assist distributor sales teams to improve performance and achieve objectives
  • Ensure full compliance with branding guidelines, pricing structures, contractual agreements, and credit policies
  • Provide manpower training, coaching, and performance evaluation when needed
  • Monitor sales operations in NCR and gather market intelligence to support strategic decisions
  • Prepare and submit performance reports, sales data, and forecasts to management
  • Drive to various locations across NCR as part of daily field operations

What We're Looking For:

  • College graduate of any business-related course
  • With at least 2–3 years of sales experience in van selling, general trade, distribution, or account management
  • Physically fit and willing to perform extensive fieldwork covering NCR
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in manpower training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Capable of driving a four-wheel vehicle with an active driver's license
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

About the Role:

The Distributor Care Specialist is responsible for managing, guiding, and supporting distributor partners to ensure consistent sales performance and proper product distribution across NCR. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Bellshayce Foods' presence in the market by ensuring distributors meet operational standards, sales targets, and compliance requirements.
