The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute TikTok marketing and influencer strategies to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. The role includes managing KOL partnerships, conducting market research, and continuously optimizing campaigns for better ROI. This position requires onsite work in Pasig City and involves reviewing products across various categories, including beauty and personal care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement TikTok-focused marketing strategies to increase brand presence and engagement.
  • Conduct regular market research to track trends, competitor activities, and relevant product insights.
  • Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with KOLs (macro to nano influencers).
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from negotiation to content monitoring and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain a structured KOL database for future campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign results, optimize performance, and ensure campaign targets and ROI are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign objectives and ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in TikTok and influencer marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok content types, trends, and user behavior.
  • Ability to strategize, manage, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable reviewing products across multiple categories, including beauty and personal care.
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
