We are looking for a talented and detail-driven CRM/EDM Specialist with strong experience in HubSpot to manage, optimize, and execute our digital communications. This role is perfect for someone who understands customer journeys, can build engaging email campaigns, and knows how to use HubSpot to drive conversions and improve customer experience

What You'll Do 
  • Plan, build, and schedule EDM campaigns within HubSpot
  • Design and optimize email templates for high engagement and click-through
  • Manage CRM workflows, segmentation, and automated nurturing sequences
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear reporting
  • Ensure data integrity and maintenance within HubSpot
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, and customer pipelines as required
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support key initiatives
  • Continuously improve email deliverability, layout, and user experience
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging and performance
  • Maintain brand consistency across all email communications

 

Requirements
What You Bring 
We're looking for someone who: 
  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub
  • Strong understanding of EDM best practices
  • Ability to design appealing and engaging email layouts
  • Experience with workflow automation and customer lifecycle journeys
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic HTML/CSS for email editing (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in financial services, tech, or a fast-paced startup environment
  • Knowledge of CRM hygiene processes and data integrity practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration or sync issues within HubSpot
