About the role EMC Engineering Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project In-Charge Glass and Aluminum to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time member of our thriving construction firm, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of various glass and aluminum-related projects. What you'll be doing Manage and coordinate all aspects of glass and aluminum installation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and objectives are achieved Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians and installers, ensuring they work efficiently and adhere to safety standards Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle Collaborate with the wider construction team to ensure seamless integration of glass and aluminum components with other building elements Maintain detailed project records and documentation, providing regular progress updates to management What we're looking for Preferably with experience as a Project In-Charge or similar role in the construction industry, with a strong focus on glass and aluminum installation projects Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects within budget and on schedule Excellent technical knowledge of glass and aluminum materials, installation techniques, and industry standards Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks and teams Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant computer applications Relevant education or certifications in construction management or a related field What we offer At EMC Engineering Services, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
