About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Automation and Data Specialist to join our IT and Operations team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our data management and automation projects, working closely with various departments to streamline workflows and enhance our reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data manipulation, automation tools, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • DataX Project: Collaborate on the DataX project by finalizing automation workflows for data intake from Lusha and other sources. Assist in drafting and implementing new data schemas to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Automated Bot Reporting System: Develop and refine automated summaries from DailyBot check-ins. This includes creating workflows for data parsing, pushing data to Google Sheets, and configuring check-ins for various teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and align project deliverables.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and automate manual processes, such as data backfilling and report generation, to improve efficiency.
  • Project Documentation: Assist in documenting project overviews, implementation plans, and process flows.
  • Cost Analysis: Perform cost analyses and evaluations of new tools and software to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a data-driven or automation-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of data schema, data parsing, and workflow automation principles.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and a good understanding of data aggregation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Experience with automation platforms (e.g., N8N) and sales/marketing tools (e.g., Lusha, Sales Navigator) is a plus.
