Job role:

Financial Record Keeping

Handle invoices, process payments to suppliers, and manage collections from customers

Track and manage inventory costs, perform regular stock audits, and reconcile inventory records with physical counts.

Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management. Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and support decision-making

Qualifications;

-A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required

-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel is essential

-Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, especially within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, is highly desirable.
