About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Local Account Representative to join our dynamic team at ALL ASIA MANPOWER SERVICES, INC.'. As a Customer Service - Call Centre professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Talisay City Cebu.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the same industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
