As an Exports Staff at May.Exports Phil. Inc.', you will play a critical role in supporting the company's international trade operations. Based in Calamba City Laguna, this full-time position involves managing the export process, from documentation to logistics, ensuring seamless delivery of goods to our global customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and processing export documentation, including packing lists, invoices, and customs declarations.
  2. Coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers to arrange timely and efficient shipment of goods.
  3. Tracking shipments and providing updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant trade regulations and company policies.
  5. Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to address any issues or concerns.
  6. Maintaining accurate records and data related to export activities.
  7. Providing administrative support to the exports department as needed.

What we're looking for

  1. Graduate of BS Customs Administration or any Business-related course.
  2. Computer literate (MS Office) and other data entry software.
  3. Strong understanding of exports procedure, documentation, and PEZA/BOC regulations (Air/SEA Shipment Documentation)
  4. Attention to detail, accuracy and adapt to work fast-paced collaborative environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  6. Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
