DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Support investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate act
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and accountability.
  • Monitor employee engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms.

QUALIFICATION

-Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRDM, Legal Management, or related field.

-With at least 6 months of experience in Employee Relations.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.

-Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement.

-Analytical mindset with a focus on training outcomes.

-Professionalism, empathy, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.

-Ability to thrive under pressure.
