Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Law, Political Science, or equivalent.
  • With at least two (2) years of relevant working experience.
  • Must have an understanding of existing and new labor laws and regulations as released by DOLE and related government agencies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)
  • With good verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all employee practices to ensure legal compliance with Company Rules and Regulations and Labor Standards.
  • Manage the relationship between the organization and employee bodies.
  • Handle complex cases within the company, such as disciplinary grievances and appeals.
  • Issue Notices to Explain and Notices of Disciplinary Action for direct office-based employees and/or Sales Merchandisers.
  • Monitor Tardiness Reports and prepare Notices of Suspension in coordination with the TK Team for all office-based employees and/or Sales Merchandisers.
  • Issue Performance Evaluation Forms to department heads for probationary employees in their 3rd and 5th months.
  • Manage Regularization Contracts for probationary employees.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews with resigned employees and handle the preparation, routing, and monitoring of clearance for separated employees, including the attachment of LBR (Labor Board Report).
  • Notify Payroll and Timekeeping to hold the last remuneration and benefits for separated (resigned/terminated/retrenched) employees.
  • Prepare and route Clearance documents for separated employees and issue quitclaims upon receipt of final pay.
  • Address labor disputes by attending mediation sessions and tribunal cases as necessary.
  • Distribute Holiday Memorandums via email blast to all staff members.
  • Issue Certificates of Employment to separated employees and active employees upon request.
  • Update the HRCM System (Sprout) with any changes in employee information (e.g., Transfers, Promotions, Position Realignment, Demographic Info changes, Employment Status) and encode offenses of all direct employees.
  • Process Notices of Personnel Action (NPA) for Office based employees and direct Sales Merchandisers, including the preparation of Introductory/Transfer Letters.
  • Coordinate with Partner Agencies regarding Performance Evaluations and Transfers of Sales Promoters.
  • Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
