Role Description

The Employee Relations & Performance Management Associate/Senior Associate will play a key role in maintaining a fair, compliant, and performance-driven work environment across all departments and project sites of Link Energie Industries Co., Inc.

This position is responsible for managing employee relations cases, ensuring due process in disciplinary procedures, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role also supports the end-to-end performance management cycle — from setting KPIs and KRAs to performance evaluation and analysis — in alignment with company goals and HR best practices.

Qualifications

Employee Relations

  • Administer and monitor disciplinary processes, including the preparation of Notices to Explain (NTEs), Notices of Decision (NODs), and other related documentation.
  • Conduct investigations, hearings, and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with the Philippine Labor Code and company policies.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation and compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee relations records and case trackers.
  • Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee counseling.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate the company's KRA/KPI review cycles and ensure timely submission and evaluation of employee performance forms.
  • Consolidate and analyze performance data for management reporting.
  • Partner with line managers to identify performance gaps and recommend improvement or development plans.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating performance management frameworks, tools, and metrics.
  • Support the linkage of performance results to recognition, career development, and variable pay programs.
