Project Coordinator
, youll play a key role in supporting our transition projectsensuring timelines are met, updates are tracked, and communications flow smoothly. This role offers valuable exposure to real-world project management and is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

What youll be working on:

  • Help create and manage transition plans with clear steps, timelines, and training needs
  • Share updates with team members, clients, and partners through regular check-ins and reports
  • Coordinate with different teams (HR, IT, Managers) to make sure all setup and support are ready
  • Communicate with international clients and potential partners in a clear and professional manner
  • Spot possible issues early and help find ways to avoid or solve them
  • Assist in preparing key documents like process guides, checklists, and performance trackers
  • Support the team in making sure work stays on track and meets quality standards

What were looking for:

  • Open for fresh graduates (background in project coordination or management is preferred but not required)
  • Good at organizing tasks and managing time
  • Comfortable speaking with international clients and stakeholders
  • Clear communicator and a team player
  • Basic knowledge of process mapping, data, or KPIs is a plus
  • Willing to learn and grow
