Responsibilities:

  • Enforce the different processes involved in the operations of the company
  • Prepare documents for external use
  • Properly file all documents and maintain a proper archive system
  • Prepare various reports to be presented to the management team
  • Prepare documents for approval of the management team when the need arise
  • Familiarize oneself with the different products and services of the company
  • Maintain the office and retail area cleanliness
  • Receive internal and external company feedback to be relayed to the management team
  • Push for additional in store sales when applicable
  • Any other task that may be assigned that is required by the company.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • 0-3 Years of administrative work
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word,Powerpoint)
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with all stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to follow instructions given by management accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
