We're looking for a Collection Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of collectors, ensure recovery targets are met, and handle escalated accounts—while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of collection experience
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory/team leader role
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Fintech/lending experience is a plus
  • Willing to work on-site in Manila
