We are URGENTLY seeking a Sr. Immigration Specialist that will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to foreign nationals and corporate clients seeking to obtain visas for entry and residence in the Philippines. This role requires deep knowledge of Philippine immigration laws and processes, as well as the ability to navigate complex government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise foreign nationals and corporate clients on visa requirements, work permits, and renewals.
  • Prepare, submit, and track visa applications with the Bureau of Immigration, DOLE, and related agencies.
  • Liaise directly with government offices to ensure timely processing and compliance.
  • Monitor visa expirations and manage renewals for individual and corporate clients.
  • Stay current on immigration law updates and communicate changes to clients.
  • Coordinate with client HR teams and internal departments for smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain organized records of all applications.
  • Prepare service invoices and maintain financial records related to immigration cases.
  • Participate in continuous learning and share updates and best practices with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Philippine immigration processes (BI, DOLE, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client cases and deadlines.
  • Customer service mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
