Job Duties:

  • Develop and manage project schedules from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely, on-scope delivery.
  • Create baseline schedules for data center and healthcare projects.
  • Lead planning activities: scheduling, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Integrate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning into one unified schedule.
  • Identify critical paths, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Assess impacts of delays, changes, and disruptions.
  • Coordinate planning requirements with stakeholders.
  • Support tender planning, bids, and presentations.
  • Use Primavera P6 and MS Project for schedule management.
  • Maintain planning tools, templates, and reporting standards.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of planning experience in the construction or real estate development industry.
  • Strong background in delivering data centers, hospitals, or other technically complex facilities.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Familiarity with BIM, 4D planning, and integrated project delivery methods is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regional codes, standards, and regulations applicable to healthcare and data infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
