Title: Senior Project Manager (Change Epert)

Overview:

ING Hubs Philippines is looking for a highly eperienced Senior Project Manager to work with the Transformation Center of Epertise and business/support teams, to drive and oversee day to day eecution of organizational strategic projects.

Change Eecution Professional orchestrates the delivery of comple change initiatives (across Functions, Tribes, Borders and/or Business Lines) to deliver transformational change for the business

If you can:

  • Lead and manage bank portfolio projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk management, IT, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.
    Provide regular project updates to senior e- ecutives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, issues, and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

If you are:

Someone who has at least 10 years of eperience in project management or related field, with at least 4 years' eperience in leading transformation / strategic projects - specifically etensive Project Management e

  • perience
    E- perienced in successfully managing large-scale projects within a banking environment.
    Someone who possesses ecellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior e- ecutives and stakeholders
    E- perience and knowledgeable of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Someone who has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
