Overview

Responsible for overseeing all warehousing and distribution operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality services are delivered to clients. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, developing operational strategies, improving processes, and leading teams to achieve the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of warehousing, distribution, inventory management, and logistics, combined with strong leadership skills to guide a growing team.

Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and foster collaboration.
  • Ability to develop and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Expertise in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other logistics-related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A customer-first mindset, ensuring warehousing operations meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving complex operational challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale warehousing operations.
  • Experience with implementing process improvements, automation, or technology solutions in a warehousing environment.
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
