1. Key Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
- Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions if needed.
- Flexible to manage key accounts in any assigned territory: Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, or NCR.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Ensure optimal coverage of accounts and territory opportunities.
- Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to management.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations for smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance, merchandiser agency) to support accounts.
- Guide junior account staff or field sales personnel if needed.
II. Education & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales processes, market analysis, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and territories.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and NCR.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
