Property Sales Manager

BGC, Taguig | Full-time | Office-based (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Licensed Real Estate Broker to lead property sales and drive portfolio growth. As a Property Sales Manager, you'll handle high-value transactions, build strong client networks, and help shape strategies that deliver real results in a thriving real estate market.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and sell properties from our prime portfolio to qualified buyers and investors.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities: lead generation, client meetings, property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, co-brokers, and industry partners.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property valuations to stay ahead.
  • Ensure compliance with all PRC licensing requirements and real estate regulations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (if applicable).

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC license required).
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate Management, Business, or Marketing.
  • At least 2 years of real estate sales experience (high-value properties preferred).
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-driven, professional, and able to work independently.
