About the role

Alveo Land Corp. is seeking a driven and experienced Property Specialist to join our sales team. As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the residential sales process. This is a contract position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the residential property market
  • Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase Alveo Land's residential offerings
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring a seamless transaction process for clients
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, regulations and Alveo Land's product portfolio
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies

What we're looking for

  • Preferably with 2 years' experience in residential property sales or a related field
  • Unexperienced applicants may also qualify for the Property Specialist 1 position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful sales outcomes
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A passionate, self-motivated and customer-focused approach to your work
