About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Property Associate to join our team in Taguig City Metro Manila. As a Property Associate, you will play a crucial role in our residential sales operations, helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients. What you'll be doing

  • Actively engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences
  • Showcase our available properties and assist clients throughout the sales process
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiations to secure successful transactions
  • Maintain detailed client records and update our property database
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential property sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex transactions
  • Familiarity with the local property market and regulations
  • Proficient in the use of relevant sales and property management software
