About the role

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Property Manager , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of high-end residential properties, ensuring the seamless delivery of property management services to our esteemed clientele.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the overall operations and maintenance of assigned residential properties, including buildings, facilities, and common areas
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and value of the properties
  • Oversee a team of property management professionals, including maintenance technicians, custodians, and security personnel, to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks related to property management
  • Collaborate with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to address their concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Identify and implement energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable solutions to reduce the properties' carbon footprint
  • Participate in the planning and execution of property improvement projects

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in any four year course.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in property management, with a strong focus on residential properties.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing a team of property management professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, residents, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technologies
  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred
