Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support and help keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle scheduling, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Support various administrative projects as needed.
  • Communicate with team members and clients in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience with CRM or project management software.
  • Basic knowledge of task tracking and file management tools.
