Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Clark, Cebu or Tarlac City

Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM (Monday-Friday)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Manage all aspects of general ledger accounting
• Process corporate bank account reviews and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• EOM and YE close routine
• Review payroll tax payments and filings
• Use and implement QuickBooks for clients (QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop)

ABOUT YOU:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2-3 years' experience as a US Accountant or Bookkeeper
• Experience working with a CPA firm is a plus
• Prior US client experience + QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop is required
• Professional presentation and conduct are required
• Must be responsible and self-managed, have excellent follow-up and tracking skills and be detail-oriented
