Arrangement: Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with proven experience in full-function AU accounting. The role encompasses end-to-end financial processes including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, month-end reporting, and statutory compliance (BAS and superannuation).

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to accurate financial management and reporting within a professional environment.

About the Job

- Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Bank reconciliations, supplier invoice entry, balance sheet and inter-entity loan reconciliations, preparation of workpapers, P&L and balance sheet reviews, GST and superannuation reconciliations, and management reporting.

- Payroll & Compliance:
Payroll processing, superannuation payments, IAS/BAS preparation.

- Accounts Payable:
Supplier payment preparation, ABA file processing, supplier statement reconciliations.

- Client Communication:
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to request and share information.

- Analysis & Reporting
: Reviewing financial statements for accuracy and providing insights.

Your Qualification

  • Good communication skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Previous accounting &/or bookkeeping experience on Australian taxation entities.

  • Knowledge of accounting and taxation concepts and terminology.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Understanding or the ability to learn the Australian Goods and Services Tax system.

  • Understanding or the ability to learn Australian Pay As You Go Withholding tax (PAYGW).

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office suite, specifically Excel.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro.
