Purpose of the Job
Responsible for promoting and generating sales of assigned products on assigned accounts. Responsible for managing assigned territories and developing new accounts in the assigned territories.
Job Qualifications
(Territory: Laguna )
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Health and Allied, or any related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in sales or account management, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and offering post-sale support.
- Strong written and verbal skills to create persuasive presentations, negotiate, and interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport, listen actively, and engage stakeholders to increase sales.
- Excellent at managing time, setting priorities, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- A commitment to understanding customer needs and aligning your efforts with the company's values.
Job Descriptions
- Visit assigned territories and accounts to promote products, develop commercial opportunities and address relative concerns
- Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Service Support for any proposal, sales order and other relevant sales activity that requires support
- Evaluate the existing territories and develop for commercial opportunities
- Promote diligently and effectively the assigned products
- Provide the necessary support to other business units/departments relative to functions
- Perform other functions relative to the role that will be assigned
Allowances: Php 8,000.00
Incentives: Php 10,000.00 depending on target achievement
Basic Salary: Php 15, Php 17,000.00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
