We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Operations Manager to oversee our operations in Taguig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing branch activities, optimizing processes, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.

Role: Branch Operations Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff for high performance
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting for the branch

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or similar role
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
