Operations Manager for a Filipino Themed Outdoor Park, Central Luzon, Philippines
A Filipino themed outdoor park is looking for an Operations Manager to be part of its management team. The successful candidate, reporting to the General Manager, will be responsible in overseeing the daily operations of the park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for the guests, while managing staff, maintenance, and budgets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or any related discipline
Five (5) years management experience in the same or related industry such as theme park, amusement park, mall and retail operations, and the like
Superior operations and project management skills
Excellent management, communication, and leadership skills
Can deal with stakeholders and owners of the park
Willingness to be based in Pampanga
