Position: Mandarin Assistant Area Sales Manager
Industry: Mobile Technology Company
Location: Central Luzon (covered area: Bulacan, Bataan and Pampanga)
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set-up: Work On-Site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
-Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin at a Conversational level.
-Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
-Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
-Open to Fresh graduates with Organizational experience during college.
-Must be willing to do field work within the area of assignment.
-Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
-Assist the Territory Sales Manager in leading, managing, and developing employees’ performances in every department.
-Communicates and executes sales strategies to help increase sales revenue.
-Train and guide sales staff to focus on the store’s sales strategies as per company standards.
-Converse and translate in Mandarin and English languages
-Build good relationships with clients/dealers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
-Develop positive relationships with clients, dealers, and mall admin.
-Creates, communicates, and executes a vision for the sales team, establishing direction and providing context for sales activities.
-Leads manages and develops employees’ performances in every department such as rank & File employee, Supervisory, and managerial posts.
-Assist Sales Managers in the development of sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, etc; measure and track results.
-Understand and support sales policies and producers to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
-Implement policies, procedures, and sales strategies in the region. Increase sales revenue of specific handled regions. Report on the progress of goals and objectives.
-Maintains contracts with all clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
-Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
-Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service as needed.
