What You’ll Do: Dynamic and hands‑on Ground Trainer in North & Central Luzon who will play a key role in developing our Beauty Advisors (BAs) through on‑site coaching, store visits, and in‑the‑moment training sessions. This role is critical in ensuring consistent brand standards, excellent customer service, and strong product knowledge across retail locations. The Ground Trainer will support execution of national training programs and adapt them for in‑store implementation while also providing feedback from the ground to the Training and Operations teams. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a training, coaching, or supervisory role in retail or the beauty industry. Strong background in customer service and product selling techniques. Ability to facilitate one‑on‑one coaching and small group huddles. Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork and store visits in North & Central Luzon area. Amenable to start ASAP and work on‑site occasionally at BGC, Taguig, and in assigned store locations from Monday to Friday.
