What does an IT Operational Excellence Analyst III do?
Sealed Air is seeking a highly motivated team member to join our Global Application Support organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our business-critical applications worldwide, working with a diverse team of skilled professionals across multiple regions. You will play a key role in supporting a wide range of applications, including SAP and dozens of other vital systems, ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Operational Excellence
- Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement in IT operations.
- Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Monitor application support metrics and reporting.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs.
- Oversee IT service delivery to meet business requirements and SLAs.
- Manage escalations and outages impacting business operations.
- Implement best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Simplify technology ecosystems to improve user experience.
- Conduct regular assessments of IT processes and workflows.
- Provide training and support on process improvement methodologies.
- Manage onboarding and ongoing training programs for IT staff.
What are we looking for in you?
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- 1–2 years of IT Operational Excellence experience preferred.
- Certifications a plus.
