  • Oversees and ensures execution of all regular warehousing activities and duties to keep raw materials, supplies, and finished products are properly stored and well maintained in the warehouse.
  • Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment to ensure good storage of raw materials and supplies.
  • Supervises all activities of warehouse personnel and coordinate efficient operation of the warehouse.
  • Compile and monitors all material request and issuance of materials
  • Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring all warehouse activities, cycle counts, and audits.
  • Determines items or materials that need to be replenished and maintain sufficient supplies and buffer in storage.
  • Leads the warehousing team in all phase.
  • Liaises with other department in identifying the needs and issuance supplies and raw materials.
  • Follows the standard operating procedure set by the company
  • Maintains cleanliness of the RMPM and FG warehouses
  • Performs other duties as required

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any 4 year business related course or relevant field

· With atleast 5 years of warehouse supervisor experience

· With good knowledge of record keeping.

· Knowledge and operation of Warehouse Analysis, WMS systems is a plus.
