Overview

As part of the SAP Human Capital team, you will focus on optimizing and maintaining payroll processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. In this role, you will provide specialized guidance, oversee application maintenance, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations, all while enhancing operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain payroll processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to enhance payroll efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on payroll application maintenance.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members on payroll best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Lead initiatives that streamline and optimize payroll operations.
  • Stay current with payroll legislation and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Strong background in application maintenance services.
  • Proven track record of optimizing and enhancing payroll processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing payroll processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll functionalities.
  • Ability to ensure payroll compliance across multiple regulations.
  • Experience in analyzing and improving payroll processes.
  • Effective collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
  • Experience in conducting user training and providing support.
  • Ability to develop and maintain payroll documentation.

Additional Information

  • Flexible to support various US time zones (2:00 PM–11:00 PM, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, or 5:00 PM–2:00 AM).
  • Work location: BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila.
