About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting HR solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, strong system expertise, and the ability to partner with stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC modules.
  • Configure and optimize system functionalities to meet business requirements.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to assess process gaps and propose solutions.
  • Perform system testing, issue resolution, and end-user support.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and provide training/documentation for business users.
  • Stay updated on SAP and SuccessFactors best practices, releases, and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of core HR processes and HRIS best practices.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in EC (Position Management, Time Off, Personal Data, Workflows).
  • SAP / SuccessFactors Certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
