Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a SuccessFactors - ECP (ANZ PY) specialist located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The role provides a functional expertise, guidance and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors products. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products.

For you to succeed in this role, you
MUST
have:

• Extensive experience as SAP HR Functional consultant implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Completed SF Employee Central Payroll Full Lifecycle implementations including Analysis, Conceptual Design, Blue Printing, Fit / Gap Analysis and detailed realization for the project.
• Experience in preparation and documentation of functional business process procedures for end-users.
• Core skills include face-to-face client interaction, HR functionalities, global implementations, unit & integration testing, UAT / regression testing.
• Performed all round support on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Certification with SuccessFactors ECP module is an advantage.
