We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with specialized knowledge in payroll. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Bring functional knowledge & experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Analyse and provide solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
• Assess, design and implement user-requested Changes (Change Management)
• Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant.
• Strong understanding and configuration knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central Payroll.
