Location: BGC (Hybrid Setup)

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Weekends off)

Compensation: Up to ₱55,000 package

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to join our Finance Support team. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with Philippine labor laws, and efficient handling of government-mandated benefits. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of payroll systems, experience in shared services or BPO environments, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end payroll processing for Philippine employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and process government statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to Philippine payroll regulations, rules, and compliance requirements.
  • Utilize payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow for case management and employee support.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation.
  • Support payroll audits and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder (required).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in BPO or Shared Services payroll operations.
  • Strong background in Philippine Payroll with up-to-date knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Extensive experience in processing government statutory benefits.
  • Proficient with Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow (with case management experience).
  • Experience with other countries' payroll is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
