Job Summary:

The General Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of the company's managed properties and facilities. This role supports Global Strategy Real Estate Inc. in maintaining safe, functional, and well-presented properties for clients, tenants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair works across managed properties, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and preserve property value.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, air-conditioning units, and other building utilities.
  • Assist in the installation, assembly, and relocation of property fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with the Property Management team for repair requests, tenant concerns, and project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and building regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and materials used.
  • Support special projects, renovations, and emergency repairs as needed.
