This role is designed for a strong leader with experience in logistics, operations, and team management who can assist in overseeing branch activities, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving operational efficiency.

The Deputy Branch Manager will be a key figure in ensuring smooth branch operations and will step in for the Branch Manager in their absence. Your Responsibilities:Lead, mentor and manage all departments, ensuring high performance, productivity and achieving sales goals. Assist the Branch Manager to supervise the department heads.

Oversee the sales team's activities and opportunities, identify target customers, and convert them into clients. Develop and implement strategic sales strategies aligned with company goals to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. What our Client is Looking

For:Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines. A minimum of 10 years' experience that includes managerial experience in freight operation. Familiar in Freight Forwarding operations.

Solid experience in team management. Previous experience working in a fast-paced operation in a Multi-national Company which includes overseeing operations, pricing, Sales, CS, Account and HR & Admin departments. Must be able to speak native Filipino and fluent English.
