What the role will entail Making the branch the main distribution channel by selling bank products and services. Growing and deepening relationships with existing clients by offering suitable additional products and services.

Implementing marketing strategies to promote products, attract new customers, and increase share of wallet among existing clients. Mentoring and coaching the branch sales team, Business Development Sales Officers (BDSO), Relationship Officers (RO), Sales Associates, and New Accounts staff.

Approving transactions and overseeing branch service performance impacting customer satisfaction. Ensuring compliance, governance, and risk management according to bank policies. Upholding customer service standards by applying the EastWest Service Pillars and Standards.

What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business-related field. Relevant experience in the banking industry. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing sales teams.

Deep knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
