About the role

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Healthcare, Financial, Sales account representatives. This full-time, virtual position will allow you to work remotely from the comfort of Apas, Cebu City, Cebu, providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat conversations to assist customers with a variety of inquiries and requests
  • Provide accurate information and efficient solutions to address customer needs
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures
