About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Financial, Sales, and Healthcare Account Representative. This full-time role is based in Naga City, Cebu and offers the opportunity to provide excellent customer service to our valued clients across various industries.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide support and assistance to clients in the financial, sales, and healthcare sectors
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Providing regular feedback and insights to the management team to improve customer service processes

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial, sales, or healthcare sectors
  • A positive, patient, and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the company
